As a licensed clinical social worker and seasoned practitioner of Self Soul Spirit Parts Work, Tracy helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and PTSD by guiding them into greater inner coherence, confidence, and clarity. Her approach weaves together diverse modalities—including nature-connected coaching, transformational wilderness guiding, Reiki (Usui and Karuna Master Teacher), STOTT Pilates, sound healing, The Roll Model Method, and MELT Hand and Foot treatments—to create truly holistic pathways for healing.

Rooted in a vision of soul alignment, integrity, and creative transformation, her work honors the wisdom of cycles and seasons, the labyrinthine journey of growth, and the sacred process of acknowledging, healing, and integrating all parts of the self.
