I have a million things to say about my MBC bestie - this video captures my heartbreak and love for the kindest, most generous, loving, inspiring, wise, open-hearted human I’ve ever met. I hate that this is happening yet what a massive privelege to know her.

She graciously shared so much of her heart and life with us over the past 11 years in her MBC journey. I know this is such a big blow to her family, friends, and our community and I’m holding us all in healing hugs.

I keep talking to her and hearing her voice in my mind…I feel like there are 2 things she would say right now:

1. Feel the feels
2. Go LIVE your LIFE!

She did both so beautifully, always a shining example of embracing what arises even when it’s impossibly hard - finding love, light, joy, humor, and gratitude even in the toughest circumstances. Our world will never be the same. May we all continue to live her wisdom…keeping her spirit alive.
