.My Morning Routine helps me start my day off with three mindful actions

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Movement ๐Ÿ‘Ÿthrowing on my favorite Nikeโ€™s and heading to the gym. Clears my mind. Starting my day with intended movement I have found leads to a more productive day

๐Ÿ““ Journal ๐Ÿ““ taking 5-10 minutes to sit with my morning coffee and jot down my daily intentions and goals is building off my movement hour by setting mindful intentions for my day

๐Ÿ‘ธ๐ŸผSelf Care ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿผ Itโ€™s important to focus and drive YOUR own self care just as you do for your family. Taking that morning shower or enjoying your morning skin care routine is vital for YOUR mindset and wellness.

โฐ Those intended actions above into my self care over time start to build and compound over time. Iโ€™m continually building on my healthy intended actions that soon becomes new healthy habits.
