I had seen the Flash Brew method before but ’s post about it finally gave me the confidence to try it out! I love when coffee shops, roasters, and baristas use their social media to teach!
Flash brewing is brewing hot pour-over coffee over ice. This was sooooo smooth and not bitter at all! I will never go back to throwing ice into already hot coffee. I used beans from in Revere, MA!
Here I made an iced coffee with pistachio creamer using 2 tbsp Zero Sugar sweet creamer, 1/2 tbsp sugar-free French vanilla syrup, and about 25g pistachio cream. I’d estimate about 200 calories total!
