Over the next week and a half before we close (🥲) we’ll be highlighting some of the items that make our menu special. First up: 🌱herb bagels🌱! Herb bagels have basil, rosemary, and sage mixed right into the dough. They’re unique to our little shop and have amassed a devoted following thanks to a delicious punch of savory flavor that plays beautifully with our sourdough base. They come in 4 flavors: Herb Plain, Herb Salt Flake, Herb Everything, and Herb Cheddar. Which one is your favorite?

Happy Pi Day!!! A popular way to celebrate 3/14 is by eating pie, which we heartily endorse. But also! Mathematically, a bagel is a solid torus—the topological space formed by sweeping a disc around a circle. Calculating its volume is…complicated (help us out, )…but it most definitely involves π. In summary: celebrate Pi Day by eating a bagel! And pie. Pie is delicious. 🎉🥧 🥯 🎉
