Dear community, as many of us have posted about the past, I invite you to join me in the present.

In just a week I saw God do some amazing things. I saw pollution in cities decline, animals return to habitats, men and women embrace their natural beauty, artist think outside the box, fitness instructors offer virtual workouts, families embrace one another, people doing things they’ve always wanted to, people helping one another, people virtually inviting us into their homes, and the list goes on.

I personally have talked to people I haven’t talked to in months. I started a schedule for myself to go live on ; something I have put off for months. I engaged in virtual workouts; working out more than I had before. I did a puzzle; something I used to love and hadn’t done in years. I have let my face breathe, my hair air dry, and my clothes pick itself. I can say I’m genuinely happy.

I live alone, my family is 3000 miles away, and the only human I’ve come in contact with in 7 days is my neighbor. I have every right to be sad or anxious at this time, but I choose to take advantage of it instead. This time is truly what you make of it. Use these 3 tips, meditate, eat healthy, pray and do that thing you’ve been wanting to do! You’ve got this. @ Boston, Massachusetts
