Mission ready would like to thank Northern Bank for their generous donation to our organization. It is always humbling to have so much support from our local communities. Their $1000 grant covered a large amount of cost associated with our 5k and will help another person find a fitness family within our community. Thank you Northern Bank.

Essentially Well Bodywork is an organization that uses Holistic modalities like Cupping, Gua Sha and even energy work associated with the auditory environment during sessions.
