By my 44th birthday next year I would like to have some kind of a resemblance of abs. Just a smidgen. I don’t need a 6-pack. A 2-pack will do. And not a 40oz of malt liquor 2 pack lol

After my mother had her hip replaced, she SWORE she couldn’t walk further than up our street. She said that for the last 2 years. Last month she asked me if I wanted to start walking with her just “around the block”. The first week we would only do .50-.60 miles. She also said she couldn’t walk to this grocery store in the area. We started walking there. She also said she couldn’t walk to the zoo in our area. We started walking there. Now she’s walking 2 miles a day and we’re on our 29th consecutive day (28 for me).
