The next Chapter meeting for Sunday 3/15/2015 1PM at Norbert's house at 68 Lorraine Ave. in Providence, RI 02906. He is also trying to coordinate with Patrick Beck from NE Grassfed to be here and give us an overview about dry aged grassfed beef and other meat choices. It will be no sales presentation but a presentation he is teaching at Johnson & Wales. There will also be sampling of these meats.
