Timothy "Doc" Cook Scholarship

The Timothy "Doc" Cook Scholarship awards ceremony will be held Saturday,
May 9, 2026 at 11 am at the Thomas J. Fitzgerald Post 561, 715 East 4th St, South Boston, MA. All recipients are required to attend. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Thank you to everyone who came down to the Shamrock Showdown last weekend to watch great hockey, buy raffles and 50/50 chances, and t-shirts and sweatshirts; to the four teams, Boston Fire, Boston Police, New York Police and Friends of Tim who played awesome hockey; and to everyone who donated to the Timothy "Doc" Cook Scholarship this year. We really appreciate people who took the time to ask about Tim's story and his life. We are forever grateful for all your support☘️❤️🇺🇸.

Day two of the Shamrock Showdown hockey tournament was another huge success! In the first game, Boston Police Department team beat the Boston Fire Department team 7-4. In the second and final game, Friends of Tim Doc Cook beat the New York Police Department 6-1 for the championship of 2026🏒🥅☘️.

More t-shirts, sweatshirts, raffles and 50/50 chances were sold with very happy winners! Awesome color guard from Haverhill High School Junior ROTC Marine Corps league, and a beautiful rendition of the star spangled banner by Leanne Burke of Cherry Bomb. Thank you to all who showed up and supported the Timothy "Doc" Cook Scholarship☘️🇺🇸. We are grateful for each and every one of you!
