I’m new the new creative director for
Couldn’t be more excited and appreciative.
After following him for years and also using I noticed and loved the way he approaches health from a scientifically backed way and is always speaking well to (and about) those who struggle with obesity.
Can’t wait to reach and help so many people whether it’s with GLP1s or without (affordable meal examples coming soon)

Day 3 of losing 100lbs!
I knew today’s weigh in would be good but not that good. But I also was prepared for it to go back up the next day (which spoiler, it does, you’ll see tomorrow)
The scale can’t be trusted but luckily I’ve been doing this long enough that I just know that’s part of the game and that the scale ain’t got NOTHING on being consistent. Only 3 days in so well on our way to lose 10lbs this month.
Glp1 info: Zepbound 12.5mg once a week through (disclaimer I pay out of pocket for my service and medicine but the owner is a client of mine)
Joined pickleball weightloss challenge so it’s actually day 1 of that. Let’s put in the work baby 🤘
