One of my favorite things about medicine is the incredible diversity of people and perspectives it brings together. Feeling lucky to be part of this melting pot.
A beautiful example of how subtle, thoughtful changes can make such a meaningful difference. Natural, refreshed, and never overdone!

I made this stained glass piece as a gift for a mentor, inspired by Appeal to the Great Spirit. Along the way, it broke more than once, and I thought it might never be whole again.
But my angel of a patient brought it back to me, fully repaired and shining again.
There’s something fitting about that. A piece rooted in spirit, resilience, and quiet strength… finding its way back together.

AMAZING work by former fellow Christina Yver in putting together a world-class facial nerve course at Pitt last Friday!! So proud of additional former fellows Kevin Quinn (OSU) and Roy Xiao (Penn) for carrying on the facial nerve torch!! It was an honor to speak alongside Dr. Jenn Kim!!! Also in GREAT company with Drs. Danielle Eytan and Nneoma Wankpah. The highlight was the historical perspective offered by Barry Schaitkin—thanks to ALL for letting me be part of it 😄

This powerful before-and-after highlights the impact of selective denervation in treating facial tightness and synkinesis. By targeting misdirected nerve branches, Dr. Hadlock helps restore smoother, more natural movement and expression.
