Honored to be named a speaker at TEDxRoxbury 2026, THIS SATURDAY May 2nd at Roxbury Community College.

This event draws nearly 500 in-person attendees plus a global online audience, and it sits inside one of the most recognized idea platforms in the WORLD. The lineup this year is extraordinary.

My talk is personal. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and on Saturday, I’m telling that story on a TEDx stage for the first time. It’s rooted in the work I do, designing environments that don’t just look beautiful, but change how people think, feel, and move through the world. What I’ve built, I built while being wired differently.

That’s not a footnote. That’s the whole story.

From honoree to designer.

In 2025, I was recognized as an EXTRAordinary Women honoree by the Mayor’s Office of Women’s Advancement, an experience that moved me deeply and reminded me why this work matters.

Now, I get to pour that same energy into designing the very event that once celebrated me.

An event that uplifts women across four powerful pillars: Economic Equity, Safety, Representation, and Health.
This full-circle moment is not lost on me. To go from sitting in that seat of honor to building the stage for others, I am beyond grateful.
