Looking good should not be contingent on spending a lot of money. If you are crafty and creative and know where to look, you can put together a great outfit with what you already have in your closet, or by adding the right accessory. I found this dress with a broken strap while filtering through the dress rack at the Goodwill. It has no no tags, looks like it is hand-altered in some areas and appeared to be a perfect fit just by eye-balling it. Dresses at Goodwill are $7.99 but I got this beauty for $5! I fixed the strap myself. I'm not a seamstress, but from experience, I can tell you that with the right accessories and charisma, no one looks too closely at your wonky hems. Go ahead and rock that $5 outfit. Help the planet. Help yourself look and feel good without the price tag. 💋🌈
