You are not gonna see this in a restaurant very often becaus the process is pretty labor intensive. I hand pick fresh basil, sage, and parsley, then layer it between two thin sheets of fresh pasta, compress the herbs slowly with my pasta machine and then hand cut the noodles
The result is a unique fresh pasta that’s as delicious as it is beautiful
