Life went crazy this past year! I have so many updates and I am very excited to share them all with you. Some of them are harder than others, I am still interested in sharing my journey and my updates so far with what I have been going through health wise and life-wise. Outside of that, I have been doing tons of work on my mental health and even growing when it comes to my knowledge in health and fitness.
