Another windy Police Memorial Sunday hosted by Boston Police Relief Association at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Boston Police Detectives Benevolent Society leadership stood shoulder to shoulder with all ranks of active and retired Boston Police Officers to pay homage to the two (2) active and 41 retired BPD members who passed away between May 2025 and May 2026. This solemn event supports the mourning families of those who have worn the shield before us and left us too soon.

Thank you to Mayor Michelle Wu 吳弭, Boston Police Department (Official) Commissioner Michael Cox, Superintendent-in-Chief Phillip Owens, Command Staff, Boston City Councilor At-Large Erin Murphy and Boston City Councilor Ed Flynn and all the active and retired members of the BPD who showed up to support our extended family.
