STAR WARS MAUL SHADOW LORD: S1E1 - THE DARK REVENGE

It’s been long enough, it’s finally time to circle back and continue on with episode posters for Maul Shadow Lord. I’d like to continue along with the style above, I’m really happy with how that first poster turned out and I strive to continue with not only that quality, but also the vibrance in color. The use of color and different combinations was my favorite part of designing posters for every episode of The Clone Wars, and especially Star Wars Rebels, so I made it a point to continue to emphasize color here with this first one.

Recently at Fan Expo Anaheim, Sam Witwer sparked even more hype for Season 2 of Star Wars Maul Shadow Lord with four simple words talking about the finale: “it is pretty epic”

Obviously this is what we hope for as fans, and given we got the definition of epic with Maul vs Vader in the finale of Season 1, I’m curious how the epicness will continue. I personally am looking forward to seeing Maul work more closely with Dryden Vos and Crimson Dawn in Season 2, and also training Devon to be his apprentice. Wonder if Maul will face any other worthy opponents in Season 2 🤔

The Wrong Jedi arc is one of the most emotional stories in The Clone Wars, and certainly one of the most impactful. Ahsoka is framed for a crime she didn’t commit, and by the time her innocence is confirmed and the Jedi offer Ahsoka her place back, the damage is already done. Her decision to walk away changes both her future, and Anakin’s.

The ultimate question from this arc: do you think Ahsoka made the right choice by leaving the Jedi Order?
