A baby shower cake I made last week for a coworker. Owls in the style of Angry Birds sit atop this three. The cake was a buttermilk chocolate cake iced with cream cheese frosting. Decorated with fondant.

I tried a new recipe for the cake icing... Whipped icing. I think I like it. I also tried a new decorating technique... Frozen buttercream transfer. I think it worked pretty well. The cake is my favorite yellow cake.
