Join us for our next Military Spouse Workshop...."Build a Responsive Core: Support Your Pelvic Floor in Training".

Led by pelvic floor physical therapist Savannah Hoskyn, this hands-on workshop will help you better understand how your core and pelvic floor work together to support strength, stability, and confidence in everyday life.

Whether you're returning to exercise after having kids, chasing little ones around the house, strength training, training for your next race, or simply wanting to move with less discomfort and more confidence, you'll walk away with practical tools and simple movement strategies you can put into practice right away.

Bring the kids! We'll have child-friendly activities, plus food and beverages, so you can focus on investing in your health while they stay entertained.
