Everyone loves a good origin story, right? Wonder Woman meets a man for the first time, Superman finds out he’s an alien, Mary Margaret finds out shes #’ really Snow White (yk the once upon a time story version)...Those stories make us believe that anything is possible—and it IS!

On that note, would you believe that before I had success as a Nutrition coach and Pure Barre Instructor, I worked as a receptionist at a law firm, attended school full time and managed to grow a family? True story.

But my heart was in the health and wellness world, and that passion brought me here.

I’m so excited this literally fell in my lap. I’m meeting some amazing women, learning some amazing stuff and staying on my tip toes. Literally!

Are you familiar with the Pomodoro Technique? When it comes to scheduling out my day, it’s amazing what I can get done in 20-minute increments. (I also use this to limit my time on social media.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I adapted this method last year, and my productivity has been through the roof ever since!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here's how I incorporate this. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⃗ Work for 20 mins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⃗ Take a 5 min Break⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Repeat 4 times then take a 20 min break. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Tip: I diffuse 8 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil and 3 drops of Siberian Fir to really help me stay focused during these stretches of time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
