Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and it starts with the right education.
Our Homebuyer Education course is like driver's education for homeownership, giving future homeowners the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
We're incredibly grateful to Sunwest Bank for their generous contribution to support these courses. Their investment helps make homeownership education more accessible and opens the door to down payment assistance for qualifying homebuyers, creating more opportunities for families in our community.
Thank you, Sunwest Bank, for helping make the dream of homeownership possible—because a home changes everything.

This year's Paint The Town™ was about so much more than painting homes.
Thanks to nearly 470 incredible volunteers, 26 homes across Ada County received a fresh coat of paint, helping seniors, veterans, and neighbors with disabilities safely age in place and continue living in the homes they love.
One homeowner, Lynn, captured the heart of Paint The Town™ when she shared:
"You have filled up my heart. Paint aside, the people have been beyond anything I could have imagined."
Her words remind us that while volunteers improve homes, they also build friendships, strengthen neighborhoods, and show our neighbors they are cared for.
Together, we did more than paint houses—we strengthened our community. Because at NeighborWorks® Boise, a home changes everything.
