Gnarly Arley

I don’t post about running much here but this weekend I ran my first 50 mile race at Smith Rock out in Bend OR. Shout out to .running for putting on an awesome event, Run the Rock. I had so much fun!

I’m stoked on how the effort went- 8:00:33, 9th place, with PRs in my 50k and marathon efforts as well. Very grateful for support from and June Bug, and friends and Casey for hosting and hanging out in Sun River for the weekend!

Also the race pictures came out awesome () so I’m posting some lol
