Scarlet Indian Paintbrush for Courtney. I’ve got to admit, this might be one of my favorite tattoos of all time…. That color. 🤩😍 I’m in the final stretch- this is the last month of my studio’s doors being open and every tattoo is so bittersweet. Thank you for being on this journey with me.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Thrive Ink Studio will be closing at the end of May 2026.

My husband and I have been called to homeschool starting this fall, and I just won’t have time to remain fully invested in tattooing. This is definitely a growing season for me, as I learn to surrender my own desires and wants and exchange them for what I believe God is calling me to.

I will, without a doubt, miss the art and business of tattooing, and I’ll especially miss all of the great conversations that were such a fruitful part of this work. 💜 Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with permanent artwork.

If you would like to get ink from me before my doors close, reach out soon. 🌿

I don’t do a lot of small, outline only tattoos, but this one was just tooooo special to turn down. 💜 It was a treasured photograph of my client and her grandparents, and she wanted to remember it always. Might be one of my favorite “first tattoo” projects on someone. 🤗

This was a fun shoulder piece for a returning client. I always love creating biblical reference tattoos for people - this one is based on Matthew 6:25-34.

Seraphim representation for a very sweet returning client of mine. Thank you for the trust, Sarah! 🌿

Yesterday’s project - added on to the front of the arm as part of a multi step process for a complete upper arm sleeve. 🙂 The work on the outside of her upper arm was her FIRST tattoo and where this started (you can see a little bit of it peeking out on the far right)! Thank you Amanda for trusting me to fill out the rest of your arm with such pretty things! 🌿

This was a really special project for me- I got to incorporate some really meaningful things into a huge arm and shoulder piece, and integrated an existing tattoo on the back of her shoulder that I had done a year prior. Not to mention we got to include a beautiful blue jay as well. I couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out, and it was such a pleasure to create it for a dear friend of mine! 🥰 What should she name the birdie? 🤔

I haven’t posted since December and I’m soooooo sorry about that! 🫣 I’ve still been creating beautiful tattoos- here is one of them! 🌸 She wanted some of it in color, and some left in black and gray. The little bee is our favorite! 🐝 Repeat clients are the best. 😍

A freehanded botanical arm wrap for Bri - completed in one four hour session (featuring two small tattoos not done by me 😉). P.S. I love these kinds of projects!!

Sweet chrysanthemum for a sweet girl- freehanded. ❤️ She has 16 tattoos, but this was her biggest one yet… She said the elbow area was the worst of ALL of them (and she has a rib tattoo)! 🫣 Thank you for trusting me with this freehanded piece Kiley!
