At Verticon we do more than just build great buildings, we provide a one-stop shop for design-build projects and help guide clients through entitlements and preconstruction.

The Reflections Edge project is set to break ground in Q4 of this year, but our team has been involved in planning and development since January.

🏗️ The Design Phase 🏗️

This is where ideas turn into plans — and details start to matter.

During design, Verticon works closely with architects and engineers to make sure the project is not only functional and well designed, but buildable and aligned with budget.

Our role includes:

• Cost updates as drawings develop

• Constructability reviews to avoid field conflicts

• Material recommendations

• Identifying cost-saving alternatives without sacrificing quality

• Coordination input to reduce surprises later

Bringing the contractor in early helps align design with budget, schedule, and field conditions.
