is a principal ballet dancer for Sao Paolo Ballet Company. I had the awesome opportunity to speak with him about his unique start in professional ballet, where he took a traditionally "late" start and turned it into an illustrious, 19 year (and continuing) career performing 100s of shows in multiple countries. A couple of things to notice about Yoshi is his mindset and approach to his art. Something that can be applied to any of us in our given "arts" or disciplines.
