Reading from the Skeleton Crew: A short story is a different thing altogether. A short story is like a quick kiss in the dark from a stranger. That is not, of course, the same thing as an affair or a marriage, but kisses can be sweet, and their very brevity forms their own attraction. In writing it is better to keep kissing and get your face slapped than to give up altogether. ✌️🩷☀️

Laken Rileys trial continues. One of the most disturbing things I found out is her killer came in through El Paso, they were rerouted to New York, and stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel. Then in Sept 2023, they got a humanitarian flight on our dime and flew to Athens, GA to stalk the young women on campus. That isn't comforting. My heart goes out to her mom, dad and all who knew and loved her. I don't want to see anybody on here complaining about what rights they think they have lost bc of this election. Bc that young lady. LOST EVERYTHING! She was fighting for her life BY HERSELF. I'm sure everyone does not agree with this but this administration that we have had for the past 4 years, I can not wait to NEVER see them again. Bc what this administration has done to her family and countless others is honestly unforgivable.
