1) How do you begin your design process?

This question will reveal a lot about the florist. It will show you their creative process, how they interpret, and design. Is there a venu walk through, a questionnaire, or just a conversation? Is the focus emotion or asthetic?

Our focus at Promises kept is to bring your vision to life. We want your guests to see you in every detail, and you to feel loved, seen and heard. This is why we like to give you a simple questionnaire, and do a walk through of the venue with you so that we can see the vision. We also love when you share inspiration themes and photos with us.
