When Colliers set out to modernize the street and skyway levels of Town Square in downtown St. Paul, the team turned to Spectrum for a signage refresh that honors the building’s function while elevating its aesthetic.

The client expressed that the existing sign package felt dated — both in color and typography — but much of the structural signage framework was sound. Our task was to breathe new life into the space through a cosmetic transformation. 🌟

The result = a refreshed, cohesive sign system that helps visitors navigate the high-traffic retail and restaurant levels with ease, while giving Town Square the contemporary edge it needed.
