I've completely abandoned my obsession with breakfast since starting this diet...
Feels bad man... 😥
I woke up today starving for once and thought I'd revisit my one favorite meal of the day. Best part is this is exactly what I need to be eating anyways. I did a completely stuffed, loaded protein blast 4 egg omelette. More protein from turkey sausage. Healthy carbs from potato. Healthy fats from the avocado. I threw some cheddar cheese, green onion, in there just for some extra flavor. And I went with sriracha because i always need it out some hot sauce with with my eggs. It was REALLY FREAKING GOOD.
Now I'm good for most of the day!
Also here's a tip. Don't take a mental health break from social media EVER. I've lost 1200 followers LOL. Geeze I haven't been gone that long... oh well this is the least of my worries these days. Have a great rest of the week!
