Beyond the holiday magic of Christmas trees and rolling pine forests, balsam fir trees are majestic in nature and produce a warming, refreshing essential oil.
Native Americans first employed balsam fir for rituals and wellness purposes. Primarily used for pulp and construction, the balsam fir tree doesn’t respond well to urban pollution and isn’t plentiful in cities, preferring to grow in the woods where the air is fresh and clean.
Balsam Fir essential oil is steam-distilled from the bark of the tree, producing a fresh, woody aroma. This brilliant product enlivens, awakens, and energizes the atmosphere.

Yum yum yum.

I was taking to my 8 year old today at lunch about WHY we are vegan, the health impact, foe the animals and last but not least the environmental impact (you make a bigger impact by going vegan than giving up your car).

This kid LOVES her Mac and Cheese and I hated making it for her. So tonight I tried my own and it was a HUGE success!!

Super Easy 4 ingredient Mac and Cheese

1- pasta
2-
3- butter
4- cheese shreds

Place your oat milk, butter and cheese on a low/medium heat until it bubbles then turn it to high and stir until fully melted.
Turn your heat off and add your pasta.
Mix and ENJOY!

This is my first Mac and Cheese in about 5 years and it was sooo good!!!
