When you’re applying for a new role, DO NOT disclose your previous pay unless legally required. I did… and found out later my current job could’ve paid more—but they saw my last salary was low, so they assumed anything would do.

💼 Your worth is not tied to your last check. It’s based on your experience, skills, and how you show up.
📊 Know your industry rates. Walk in with confidence. Negotiate like your future depends on it—because it might.
💡 Lowballing is a tactic, but knowledge is power. Don’t give them the blueprint to undervalue you.
