When I first started working with business owners, I assumed that if a company was profitable, the owner probably felt pretty confident about their finances.
I couldn't have been more wrong.
I've worked with owners who were growing, landing great clients, and making moneyβbut still felt anxious every time payroll came around or every time they looked at their bank account.
What I've learned is that confidence doesn't come from having more revenue.
It comes from understanding your numbers well enough to make decisions without second-guessing yourself.
That's why I created tomorrow's workshop.
Not to teach accounting.
Not to overwhelm you with financial reports.
But to give creative agency owners a simple financial routine they can use to better understand what's happening in their business and make decisions with more clarity.
