It was a white Pete week this week at the shop! Charlie brought his 389 in for a new 20” bumper with our bumper lights, bus glass, 8 glass underglow lights, textured deckplates front to back with a rear hatch, a stainless air box and light panel with a tag hole recessed just enough for the plate to sit flush, and a heavy duty rear crossmember we fabricated to accommodate for his trailer neck support to push on. Then we wrapped up with the week with Orlando’s 388 that we repaneled the hood to make it a straight hood, a stainless grille surround with 9 grille bars and a set of charged double squares he supplied us, dropped the cab and sleeper down with new cab mounts and custom fabricated air ride for the cab/sleeper that’s hidden under the sleeper and got rid of all the factory stuff on the back of the sleeper, stainless cab and bunk trim, flush mount deckplate, blind mount fenders, and some other small things! Then you both for the business, and we’ll have some more big rides leaving the shop soon so keep a look out!

Here’s number 19 we just wrapped up for Bobby Keppel! He dropped this one off as fresh off the lot as you could get, and we got to work. We started with adding a 20” bumper with our lights, an air ride front end with relocated ABS valves and featuring a set of HD Shocks, added 8 grille bars, breather and cowl panel lights, 9 cab lights, RLK visor, hand made 3” stainless cab and bunk trim, stainless step covers on both sides, 5” Dynaflex tips, fabricated a tank filler panel, stainless flush mount deckplate with recessed hookup well, and built a recessed toolbox to enclose his PTO cooler and also double as storage space with a false floor, super heavy duty blind mount fender brackets with center filler panel, fabricated rear light panel with a mix of glass and Peterson’s to match the rest of 41 glass lights and 14 Peterson’s on the truck to make this truck glow! Horst Signs handled the lettering as well as adding a gold pinstripe around the entire stripe design to really make it pop! Huge thanks to all the boys at the shop for the hand in this one along the way, and thanks to Bobby for the opportunity, and we’re looking forward to doing more work for your fleet soon!

Couple recent jobs we’ve sent out over the last couple weeks! Ernie Adams brought us his A for a new set of springs and air ride, Justin Watson’s last of three new trucks he sent to us hit the road with a long list of modifications, Nate Romberger brought his cool Western star in for air ride and air beam spring swap, and one of our shop trucks started its transformation with a car hauler axle, springs, and air ride. Here are a few detail shots of one of the 3 JMW Transport 389s that we just rolled out. These trucks came in fresh from the dealership and got a front to back makeover. Started out with a 20” blind mount bumper, with our stainless light brackets and billet watermelon bases, added 4 grille bars, SS air cleaner panels with 3 of our lights, visor, 5 glass cab lights w/ our stainless inserts and gaskets, mirror lights, a set of 7” pipes, custom underglow under cab and sleeper, hidden by our polished in house made stainless cab and sleeper trim. Moving to the back, we got it setup with Peterson lights in the sleeper, a custom flush deckplate, in gloss texture black painted by , our solid blind mounts for the half fenders, new hookups in the rear crossmember, and one of our custom built rear light panels. Then we finished the interior off with the full glass light setup, and a custom mounted train horn valve with a set of horns mounted under the truck. Graphics done by really set it off!
