Not the fanciest kitchen install I’ve done, but a massive improvement to the space! The idea with this kitchen was to go simple and efficient with maximum cabinet space in a short amount of time. We decided to go with 36” upper cabinets versus the standard 30” and it really gives this smaller kitchen a big feel!

Here is a remodel I did in Biddeford Maine. This old fireplace was removed and made into an entry way. This was done to allow tenants of this Reno property to access and exit the building from a second parking lot. All work was preformed by myself with the exception of electrical (Standard Electric) and plumbing (Jim Godbout)
