✨✨✨✨Alignment ✨✨✨✨✨

Has life felt like growing pains? Have you been faced with challenges that you’ve had to grow through? It’s left you feeling disconnected from EVERYTHING?

✨✨That was me for the last month.

Sometimes we have to just sit with it for a while, as much as it hurts. We have to feel it to heal it. When we try to avoid our emotions or our problems, they continue to come back even stronger. You become so overwhelmed, you feel like you are breaking. Learn to acknowledge it, learn to accept it for what it is and be easy with yourself.

Staying in alignment is what will help us grow. Staying in alignment for me is even more important because it’s easy to fall victim to depression.

When you feel out of wack. Recognize it and do something about it.

Things I do to help stay in alignment.

✨Reiki Sessions
✨Micronutrients every single day.
✨Connecting with nature
✨Positive podcasts
✨Being conscious with how I talk to myself
✨Exercise
✨Eat healthy— avoid excessive snacking👀 guilty but I’m trying.
✨Drink lots of water
✨Detoxing my body
I am slowly incorporating other important things to my daily routine.

If you feel stuck, you won’t be stuck forever. Do something different than what you’ve been doing.

We don’t always know the next move in life and that’s the beauty of living this human experience.
