What a week! Highs, lows, busy, slow, insomnia, naps, joy, anxiety and fear: a week that sums up the whole of the human experience.
Kept it moving, took those naps, and stepped away when I needed it. It’s been a hell of a year so far…. But true friends, 20 second hugs, and Moon Joy just filled my cup this week. Here’s to keeping our nervous systems regulated, our emotional stores balanced, and when you don’t know what to do.. move your body. It will get all the energy moving around. Deep breaths, we got this- and each other .
