This year’s Berkeley Bluegrass Festival is going to be a fiddler's dream, with some of my very favorites appearing through the two days. We’ve got 5-time Grand National Champion fiddler Luke Price, Kentucky master fiddler and luthier Brandon Godman, old-time and bluegrass fiddle phenom Tatiana Hargreaves (playing the music of the one and only Tex Logan), and former 30-something-year member of the Del McCoury Band Jason Carter—all on one bill!

Last summer I played with Nina Ge**er at this beautiful historic grange hall in Bayside, CA (Humboldt County). This April I’ll be back with (at least some of) The Right Hands, playing songs from our new album O California!
