Our new melangers are in house! We are back to making the best chocolate around. 🙂
I’m really enjoying this upgrade from the hobby melangers I had before that obviously wasn’t able to handle our increased production demands.

Skyler and Mae did a fantastic job coming up with this amazing bar. We are sold out of it and will plan to bring it back this fall when the next round of Pride events start.

I have a fun idea on how to sweeten a bar with raw honey that wouldn’t denature the honey and will hopefully still allow the chocolate to be tempered. I’ll keep you posted when I try it in the coming weeks. This one will be for the super dark lovers who also want to avoid sugar.
