Smash cake for a first birthday.

I had the privilege of making a wedding cake for my beautiful, vivacious, wonderful friend Jill and her new husband Austin. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures at home so the photos at the venue don’t really show the gorgeous colors. The cake in a box is for their 1 year anniversary.

2023 Yule log for the Farrer family Xmas. Coconut dacquoise base, white chocolate mousse with a raspberry jelly center. When it was cut the raspberry jelly in the center looked like a Xmas ornament, but I forgot to take a picture!

These are pics of cakes from many years ago when I was at the beginning of my custom cake journey. Not bad for a beginner but I had a lot to learn!
