Every bottle has a story.

Long before fRED Sauce hit store shelves, Fred Giacomini spent more than 40 years building a career around great food and great flavor. From supplying dairy products to restaurants, to owning a pizza and pasta restaurant, to working in wine and beer sales throughout Central Oregon, he's spent a lifetime helping people enjoy what's on their plate.

But fRED Sauce started much closer to home.

What began as a kitchen experiment became a three-year quest to create a hot sauce that put flavor first and heat second. Friends and family loved it. Then they started asking for more. Before long, fRED Sauce was born.

Today, Fred still personally checks batches and stands behind every bottle. The ingredients remain simple, organic, and intentional: organic peppers, organic red wine vinegar, organic garlic, and sea salt.

What started as a homemade recipe shared with friends and family is now finding its way onto tables across Central Oregon and beyond, but some things haven't changed. We still believe in small batches, no shortcuts, and paying attention to the details.

And yes, Fred is still keeping a close eye on every batch.
