This is the color of fallummer in Bend. That light that comes earlier and yellow-er, and feels like something huge and vibrant and summer is slowing down to something decreasing and inward and fall. Even if it’s only 3 hours every Wednesday, the Outdoor Elementary kids and I are stopping the pace to take this in. It’s happening at a pace so different from the one we live in, we have to carve out space to notice.

We are all naughty AND nice. We can still be loved AND be fully and completely human.

You better watch out - these paradigms are shifting… you better watch out- when we love all their parts (which doesn’t mean we have to be like them) they will love all their parts too… You better watch out- when we fully love our whole selves we can give it out to others freely.

We make mistakes. We are still good for goodness sake. ❤️
