To my friends and family that invest outside of qualified plans or in Real Estare- how will this affect you? Fortunately, our company (Roofline Properties) has a Solo 401k that allows us to buy properties without paying the capital gains. We will have income tax when we start withdrawing money for retirement.

It’s a bittersweet day. We had to sell our Short Term Rental unfortunately. We found a great owner who just moved in today and for that we are thankful.
