This project was all about lighting. I think we picked out the light fixtures before anything else. Sometimes, I like to start with a fabulous rug and work all the other components around the rug.- this specific (and wonderful client) was lighting obsessed- so lights first was how we did it! What is your obsession? Are you lighting people? Maybe you have an amazing piece of art that jumpstarts the whole room- or even an heirloom rug that has been in your family forever. There is no wrong way to design. We will partner with you to create YOUR perfect sanctuary in whatever way makes you comfortable- but for this Point Lookout client Lighting was the way to go!

I’ve been pretty busy lately, celebrating the birth of my beautiful grandson. I’m so proud of my daughter and her partner. This is what life is all about -the greatest gift of all!
