Let's talk decaf ☕️💤

To celebrate the packaging glow-up of our decaf blend Clouds Rest, our team headed up north to visit the Swiss Water Decaf Facility. We learned so much about the Swiss Water® Process, saw it in action, and cupped various decaf coffees in the Swiss Water Lab.

Not all decaf is created equal. Conventional decaffeination methods involve chemicals that can compromise the soluble substances of the beans, altering the taste of the coffee. The Swiss Water® Process uses pure water to gently remove caffeine from green coffee, without any lingering chemical residue. The result is a decaf that tastes much closer to the original.
