What started as a quick one-day trip to visit a vender of Evil turned into something a little more memorable when I found out that two riders had recently picked up new Evil Offerings and were each wrestling with a technical mystery.

Rather than Evil customer service continuing to troubleshoot through emails and phone calls - or pull our parts vendors into the mix before we fully understood what was going on - I extended my trip by a day (my vender visit was in the area) and headed to one of their houses to meet them both and see both bikes in the flesh, so we could work through everything in person.

We got it all sorted, and I got the added bonus of meeting two genuinely great humans: and .

Thanks for welcoming me into your garage and letting me help get your bikes dialed. Experiences like this are a good reminder that designing and building bikes is only part of what we do here at Evil. We will stop at nothing to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their choice to ride an Evil.
