Inclusion is good, but so often it still relies on non-disabled people "benevolently" reaching out to "include" people with disabilities.⠀

When disabled people are "remembered," it's often as an afterthought or tacked onto the "diversity" section of a strategic plan.⠀
⠀
But not only is devaluing, excluding and tokenizing us bad for your ethics, it's terrible for your brand, your marketing and your bottom line.⠀

According to the Office of Disability Employment Policy, consumers with Disabilities are the 3rd largest market segment in the U.S.⠀

It's time we're treated that way.
