It’s pretty smoky out, but I still need to train. Garage riding with a fan will do! Excited to get a smart trainer for indoors soon.

Yesterday was max effort up an 8.7% average grade for 8 minutes....twice! Did the Field Test & cranked out 241W (4.1 W/kg)! For not riding much this summer, I was stoked. I’ll be redoing this test on my road bike, as I wasn’t expecting this grade to be over 6%, so it’ll be nice to see what that data compares. Who’s done an FTP test (or a variant of one) before?
