I've almost settled into the new home and am starting to feel rested enough to start painting again.

This dragon is an older sketch, dolled up with some of my handmade shimmer paints.

Only two more sleeps and I'm back home! Tomorrow I move my fish and plants, I will follow with all the rest of the household the next day.

Home sweet home.

The transfer of belongings began today with a few boxes of holiday ornaments, my artificial tree, and the lovely holiday wreath I bought to support my coworker's kid's fundraiser.

I know you know but I can't stop saying how much I can't wait to be in this beautiful space.

Outside, the neighborhood is full of college students going to and from the nearby WWU campus. The neighborhood feels full of life and potential and focus. Viking union towers just above the nearby park, which is ringed with thick shrubbery and trees and fully approved by my dog.
