MFC 2025 recap 💪
8 workouts • 3 days = a whole lotta warm up ➝ workout ➝ eat ➝ repeat 🤣
So grateful for Kat from the 10am who literally kept me fueled all weekend 🥹🍽️
The comp itself was so well run — on time, challenging, but super appropriate workouts. The women I competed with were incredible: friendly, fierce, and seriously inspiring. 🫶
According to Levi, I had Type 3 fun 😂
Not fun during, not fun right after… but SO satisfying once I realized my hard work paid off with a 3rd place finish 🥉
